Ms. Shaina
Education
I received my Assistant and Lead Teacher Certificates while attending Madison East High School. Then went on to MATC and received my Infant and Toddler Certificate, along with having a scholarship through the T.E.A.C.H. program where I attended NWTC to further my education in the Early Childhood Education Field.
Experience
I started babysitting at the age of 12 for neighbors and family. I started working in a child care center at 17 and have been in a center ever since. I have 20 years of experience in the child education field and plan on having many more years to come.
Personal
During my free time, I enjoy shopping, cleaning, listening to music, and spending lots of time outdoors. I enjoy going on long walks and camping with my daughter and boyfriend and being around friends and family.
Ms. Kristin
Education
I graduated from Indian Hills Community College in August of 2002 with an Associates Degree in Early Childhood.
Experience
I started babysitting when I was 13 years old. I would babysit for families in the neighborhood. After graduating from college, I started working in daycare centers throughout Madison.
Personal
In my free time I enjoy going to sporting events. I’m a huge Wisconsin Badgers fan. I also enjoy cheering on the Packers. I spend most of my time with my husband.
Ms. Kathya “Kat”
Education:
I am currently taking classes in the field of early childhood to better understand my work and children’s growth and development stages.
Experience:
I love working with children. I have been working in the childcare field since high school 2016. I worked within the school district of Madison for about 6 years and
recently decided to expand my horizons in Early Childhood and I’m loving it.
Personal:
I like spending time outdoors with my German Shepherd. Some hobbies of mine are listening to music, hanging out with friends, and taking small trips/going on adventures.
I have 3 cats (Theo, Myla & Cosmo) and one dog, Enzo.
Ms. Natalie
Education
Child development specialist degree Madison area tech college.
Experience
Worked in childcare since she was 16 years old.
She started out as a teacher’s aide and is now a lead teacher and worked her way to a Level 10 in the Registry.
She’s the one who helps new teachers coming in learn the ropes and guide them in their journey to Lead Teacher.
Personal
I enjoy the outdoors, camping with family, and doing outdoor activities like ATV, snowboarding, fishing and hunting.
Nick and I are super excited to be new parents to Jayda Jane. The love of my life!!

Ms. Haylee
Eduction:
I graduated in 2017 from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a minor in English Language Arts. I am currently working on courses with the Childcare Education Institute to further my education in early childhood and infant care.
Experience:
After receiving my degree, I taught 5th grade for four years in a public elementary school. Prior to teaching full time, I worked as a paraprofessional in a kindergarten classroom. Though my interest in education and child development first started as a teenager, while babysitting for many families in my neighborhood, as well as caring for my four younger siblings.
Personal:
In my free time I love to read, watch movies, and go hiking with my husband.

I graduated from Abundant Life Christian School in 2015
Experience:
My mom had an in-home daycre for most of my childhood so I have been around kids for most of my life. I worked at Campus for Kids for 5-1/2 years.
Personal:
I love Jesus, people, and Laughing. In 2018 I went on a missons trip through YWAM and stayed in Switzerland and Lebanon for 5 months. In my free time I love doing activites through my church, crocheting, and hanging out with my niece.
