Ms. Rachel
In 2020, I graduated from University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Prior to that I graduated from University of Wisconsin – Baraboo Sauk City with an associate’s of arts and sciences with a business emphasis. As a teenager, I helped teach the preschool Sunday school class at my church. I also led groups during our vacation Bible school. Between college terms I also worked as a camp counselor. After graduating with my teaching degree, I taught 5th grade for 3 years. After that, I taught general music for 3 years to early childhood and elementary age students. When I’m not working I enjoy walking in nature, playing soccer and playing the guitar or piano.
Ms. Heidi
I graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison in May 2004 with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and a minor in biology. I’ve also received my teaching license for preschool through 6th grade. I began babysitting when I was 12 years old and tutored math in high school. While in college, I worked with children from 6 weeks old to 12 years old through a childcare center in Madison. Since receiving my degree, I have worked for three different centers in various roles from lead teacher to center director. I have been at Kids Junction since May 2026. In my free time, I love to hike, explore nature, crochet and read. I love to learn new crafts and have even started exploring 3D printing. I spend most of my time with my husband, 2 daughters and our dog.
