Here at Kids Junction Preschool Learning Center, we pride ourselves on having a 4K program where your child will not only develop the academic skills necessary for entering grade school, but the character and maturity to go with it.
4K Curriculum
The Kids Junction 4K program is designed to fully prepare your child for a successful kindergarten transition! Upon entrance into the program, your child will be assessed in order to make a developmentally appropriate plan catered to their specific needs.
At this level, our teachers focus on the academic areas of math, science, social studies, reading, writing, language arts, and social emotional skills. Some of the guiding curriculum we use includes our Kids Junction Bible Curriculum, Second Step and Frog Street Pre-K curriculum. Along with our academic programming, your child will have enrichment opportunities through physical education, art, music and character building classes led by our specials teachers.
Your child will enjoy going on field trips to various locations around Madison and surrounding areas to provide them with hands-on experience and exposure to the world around them. The 4K students take field trips to the pumpkin patch, apple orchard, and local parks.
